At Scarlet Gardener, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a flexible return policy. Please read the following terms carefully:
Return Request Process:
Send an email to our customer support team at info@scarletgarder.com within 10 days of receiving the product and put “Return Request” in the subject line of the email.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo showing the broken seal.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be in its original condition and packaging with the dispenser seal intact and unbroken.
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before processing the refund.
Broken Seal Returns:
We DO NOT accept returns for items that have a broken dispenser seal. If you receive a product with a broken seal, please follow the instructions below to initiate a return.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Upon approval, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you prefer an exchange, please mention it in your email, and we’ll assist you accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 10 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
